1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and kk4 ("kk4", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at kk4.pro, including all subpages, features, games, betting services, payment functions, and any other content made available through the platform.

By creating a kk4 account, logging in, depositing funds, or otherwise using any part of the kk4 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any policies referenced herein, such as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. • You are at least 21 years of age. kk4 strictly prohibits the use of its platform by minors. Players found to be under the age of 21 will have their accounts suspended immediately and any balance may be forfeited pending investigation.

Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on the kk4 platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. kk4 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.

4. Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your kk4 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. kk4 will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the kk4 platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kk4 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

kk4 offers a range of promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotions are subject to the general conditions set out in this clause as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion.

• Eligibility: Promotions are available only to players who have a fully verified kk4 Account in good standing. kk4 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus Per Household: Only one bonus may be claimed per household, IP address, device, or payment method. Players found to be abusing promotional offers via multiple accounts will have all bonuses voided and accounts closed.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as stated in the individual promotion. Until wagering requirements are fully met, bonus-derived funds are not withdrawable. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated at the point of bonus acceptance.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from a player's Account without compensation.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Where kk4 determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in any of the above prohibited conduct, kk4 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the Player's Account, void all pending bets and bonuses, withhold any balance pending investigation, and take such further action as kk4 considers appropriate, including referral to law enforcement.

9. Responsible Gaming

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kk4 platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not grant the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any kk4 content without prior written authorisation from kk4.

11. Limitation of Liability

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. kk4's decision on any dispute regarding game outcomes, bonus eligibility, or technical malfunction is final, provided that such decision is consistent with these Terms and is not arbitrary or manifestly unreasonable.

13. Amendments & Termination

kk4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, kk4 will provide reasonable advance notice via email or a platform notification. Non-material changes (such as formatting corrections, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to game provider lists) may be made without prior notice.

kk4 may suspend or terminate any Player's Account at any time, with or without cause, including where kk4 reasonably believes a Player has breached these Terms, where continued operation of the Account poses a legal or compliance risk to kk4, or where a Player has not logged in to their Account for a continuous period of 12 months (inactive account).

Upon Account closure, any real-money balance remaining (after deduction of any outstanding bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
